I'm pretty sure my stepmother won't mind me posting this pic as she gave it to me recently, making us both giggle. This isn't my mother. I believe this was my father's girlfriend right before he met my mom. I love this picture because it's just about a twenty year old handsome country bumpkin/American soldier based in Berlin, Germany finding his way in the world while learning how to open a can of smooth in the process. Like quite a few of his ilk, he was all about beautiful women with accents. A list I'll include my mother and stepmother on. Thanks for your devilish grin, Pops.
