My oldest twerp was asked to write a few memories about the 5th grade for the teacher's gift...

During PE, we boys had just gotten back from baseball practice, and went to watch the girls play volleyball. A few minutes into their practice, we saw Gabrielle get hit in the face with the volleyball, which made her do a back flip. She got up laughing. And then everyone laughed with her. If you were there you would have laughed too. It was a very cool moment.

My favorite Mr. R. moment was when he sent out our whole table because he said that we were talking. The funny thing is that my table has all the quiet people, except for me.

Probably my favorite Ms. Ngo memory is that she let us re-take the word masters test. I was really happy that I got to do better, because I didn’t do well before. I realized that she was a nicer teacher then I thought she was.

I liked how Ms. Carroll always used puppies in math. “If you divide 206 puppies by 16, it would equal 12. 9 puppies after you round it off to the nearest tenth.”
